Introduction to the User Agreement:

1- (Store) This definition includes all forms of online stores, whether an electronic application, a website, or a store.

2- (Consumer) The person who engages in e-commerce seeking to obtain products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.

3- (Agreement) This term refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two - Consumer Legal Capacity:

1- The consumer acknowledges that he or she has the legal capacity recognized by Sharia and law to deal with the store, or that he or she is at least eighteen years old.

2- The consumer agrees that if he or she violates this article, he or she will bear the consequences of such violation before third parties.

Article Three - Nature of Obligation:

1- The store"s obligation to consumers is to provide the service or product.

2- The store may provide other services, such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the service or product requested by the consumer.

Article Four - Terms of Use:

1- The consumer is obligated to use the store"s electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates.

2- When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer is obligated not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates.

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying to join this store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a confidential password to be used when accessing the store"s services. By doing so, you agree to:

1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to immediately notify this store of any unauthorized use of your account information or any other breach of your confidential information.
