Out of our concern for our customers and partners in our success, we present to you our policy for returning or exchanging our products, which we hope will meet your complete satisfaction:

1. Exchange the product within three days of receiving the shipment.

2. Return within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

3. Refund within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the return or exchange shipment, after deducting the shipping fees, according to the LeSense policy published below.

4. All fees and amounts collected and refunded are tax-inclusive in the event of a purchase or exchange.

5. If the exchange or return is due to the arrival of a product different from the customer"s order, the return shipping cost is 100% free.

6. If the exchange or return is due to the customer"s personal preference, and not due to the arrival of a product different from the customer"s order, the full shipping cost is borne by the customer.

7- When an order is canceled after the invoice has been completed and the shipping policy has been issued, but before it reaches the customer, the exchange and return policy is subject to the aforementioned terms.

8- Please note that the first time we ship our products, we ship them free of charge, at no cost to the customer.
